The gallery has trial period Member Artists, Represented Artists and Exhibiting Artists - their status is determined through the process of application, exhibition history, the focus they have on their practice, professionalism, each artist’s visual practice goals, their ability to maintain a focus on the success of the gallery and fellow exhibitors in a satisfactory manner - Through the application - exhibition process - an artist’s commitment to the space - the gallery vets artists for long term relationships.

The gallery utilizes both a membership based model as and an alternative representation model for artists with extensive exhibition histories or higher education teaching experience. - Solo exhibition opportunities are possible online and not frequent but, possible in the physical gallery. Featured exhibitions or exhibition locations vary from front main gallery or rear main gallery or portion thereof. The Member Gallery area opened in fall of 2022 starting out with an installation of work by Martha Russo. Further Gallery expansion is planned for 2024. The gallery currently is open to the public as well as by appointment both.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Preference is given to artists teaching (or have taught) in higher education or in museum collections. Other factors and commitment to practice may elevate an artist’ standing in the eyes of the gallery. Artists anxious for the gallery to handle their work or be seen in RiNo to exhibit are welcomed to consider the trial membership model - $65 per month for a minimum 6 month commitment. This commitment gives the gallery a chance to get to know the artist and test their success. Traditional representation agreements are possible but, the gallery prefers either excusive lines of work or that the work is exclusive to the gallery through flexible agreements.

The gallery encourages artists to apply. The gallery can be a platform for an emerging artist but, the space is geared toward established and well known artists. Artist exposure through year round inclusion is a primary goal of the gallery as well as creating an environment for collectors to acquire investment quality work(s) - Now five + years has gone by since the gallery opened. The gallery encourages and entertains a unique national demographic in their journeys roaming the RiNo Art District. The district has long had a focus on street art. New residential arrivals are not slowing anytime soon. The district boasts many brand new multi unit condo projects, including #CamdenRiNo across the street the new #CatbirdHotel #RambleHotel #VIBhotel - and preparing for the what seems like thousands of condo/apartment units or in the large projects unfolding in the2 -5 blocks to the north and the Edens project to the south. Talking to our guests about art is a priority. Known for our collection of artists in major museum collections, art department heads, late to early career artists and occasionally emerging artists.

We feature all mediums includes - sculpture, painting, ceramics, photography, mixed media, installation art, light based art, video, sound and more - We have an interest digital art making and have begun to consider the possibility of entering the NFT sector.
